Safety Guidelines
Adults only
Tiny Travelers is intended for adults 18 and older. Travelers, capsules, and printed cards should be kept away from young children unless a responsible adult is directly supervising.
For finders
Keep locations approximate, avoid sharing private details, and only move a traveler somewhere visible, harmless, legal, and easy for another person to notice.
For photos
Avoid faces, children, license plates, private homes, desks with confidential work, school interiors, medical spaces, or anything that could identify a person who did not consent.
Photos, clues, notes, and location labels are reviewed before they appear publicly. If something includes private information, unsafe placement, or a questionable image, it may be rejected or removed. Repeat unsafe submissions may lead to the member profile being blocked.
For hiding or releasing travelers
Do not hide travelers in restricted areas, protected parks, wildlife habitat, roadways, bathrooms, emergency exits, food areas, machinery, or anywhere that requires trespassing or creates cleanup work.
Small parts
Tiny travelers and capsules may contain small parts and may create a choking hazard. They are not for children under 3 and should be kept away from pets and young children.
Leave no mess
If a capsule looks damaged, dirty, or abandoned, remove it and log the traveler as retired or missing rather than leaving litter behind.
Report a concern
If a traveler, photo, clue, or location creates a safety or privacy concern, email hello@tinytravelers.online.
